    Reproduction or redistribution of digital data sets or products derived therefrom to a third party organization or entity is strongly discouraged. Digital data files are periodically updated. Files are dated, and users are responsible for obtaining the latest version of the data. Any hardcopies utilizing these data sets should clearly indicate their source. If the user has modified the data in any way they are obligated to describe the types of modifications they have performed on the hardcopy map. User specifically agrees not to misrepresent these data sets, nor to imply that changes they made were approved by Thurston Geodata Center (TGC). The TGC should be acknowledged as the originator of the data. This data set is to be used as a primary reference source. This is public information and may be interpreted by organizations, agencies, units of government, or others based on needs; however, they are responsible for the appropriate application. Federal, State, or local regulatory bodies are not to reassign to the originators any authority for the decisions they make. Photographic or digital enlargement of these maps to scales greater than that at which they were originally delineated can cause misrepresentation of the data. If enlarged, the maps will not include the fine detail that would be appropriate for mapping at the large scale.<\/SPAN><\/P>

    Thurston Geodata Center (TGC) provides these geographic data \"as is.\" TGC makes no guarantee or warranty concerning the accuracy of information contained in the geographic data. TGC further makes no warranties, either expressed or implied as to any other matter whatsoever, including, without limitation, the condition of the product, or its fitness for any particular purpose. The burden for determining fitness for use lies entirely with the user. Although these data have been processed successfully on computers of TGC, no warranty, expressed or implied, is made by TGC regarding the use of these data on any other system, nor does the fact of distribution constitute or imply any such warranty.<\/SPAN><\/P>
