Reproduction or redistribution of digital data sets or products derivedtherefrom to a third party organization or entity is strongly discouraged.Digital data files are periodically updated. Files are dated, and users areresponsible for obtaining the latest version of the data. Any hardcopiesutilizing these data sets should clearly indicate their source. If the user hasmodified the data in any way they are obligated to describe the types ofmodifications they have performed on the hardcopy map. User specifically agreesnot to misrepresent these data sets, nor to imply that changes they made wereapproved by Thurston Geodata Center (TGC). The TGC should be acknowledged asthe originator of the data. This data set is to be used as a primary referencesource. This is public information and may be interpreted by organizations,agencies, units of government, or others based on needs; however, they areresponsible for the appropriate application. Federal, State, or localregulatory bodies are not to reassign to the originators any authority for thedecisions they make. Photographic or digital enlargement of these maps toscales greater than that at which they were originally delineated can causemisrepresentation of the data. ThurstonGeodata Center (TGC) provides these geographic data "as is." TGCmakes no guarantee or warranty concerning the accuracy of information containedin the geographic data. TGC further makes no warranties, either expressed orimplied as to any other matter whatsoever, including, without limitation, thecondition of the product, or its fitness for any particular purpose. The burdenfor determining fitness for use lies entirely with the user. Although thesedata have been processed successfully on computers of TGC, no warranty,expressed or implied, is made by TGC regarding the use of these data on anyother system, nor does the fact of distribution constitute or imply any suchwarranty.<\/span><\/p>

In no eventshall the TGC have any liability whatsoever for payment of any consequential,incidental, indirect, special, or tort damages of any kind, including, but notlimited to, any loss of profits arising out of use of or reliance on thegeographic data or arising out of the delivery, installation, operation, orsupport by TGC.<\/span><\/p>
