Description: The extraction process runs every night. If it finds any changes in FloodZones_FEMA, it will update thie feature class.This data reflects the changes FEMA is proposing for the Thurston County DFIRM (Digital Flood Insurance Rate Maps) base elevation adjustment. This is the first of several changes to be made to the Thurston County floodzone over the next 5 years. The floodzone boundaries have been adjusted to match the new base flood elevation standard. This change involved transforming the BFE from NAD 27 to NAD 83, which resulted a a shift of several feet.
