Description: This is an incomplete address range grid coverage originally created using CAD. We are hoping to replace this coverage with the new addressed road coverage being created by CAPCOM and TGC. This data was created in 1990.
Description: Dateset is a polygonal representation of structures within Thurston County. This data was derived from the 2000 aerial photography. Some of the buildings and structures may be distorted due to canopy interference. The data was derived from the AutoCAD entity layers. Each building type had an individual entity layer in AutoCAD, they were combined to create one GIS layer. This data layer was created by Smith and Associates from the 2000 imagery and delivered to us around 2003.
Description: Last Updated by LTR on 11/5/2024Historic buildings, sites, natural features, and objects from WA State Historic Register. The complete historic database, including some site specific photographs, is available through the Thurston County Historic Commission. Edits to the dataset were completed in 2013/2014 and this new dataset was created to house all changes and updates.
